Run As One is a direct-give campaign, allowing 100% of your tax-deductible donation to directly support our students, teachers, and programs. Nothing to sell or buy — just make an easy, direct donation!
As we begin our third year, your investment is critical to funding needs not covered by the school district, ensuring a robust high school experience for our students. This year’s Run As One goal is ambitious, but completely achievable if every member of our school community gets involved. Whether you’re able to give $20 or $2,000, your generosity will make an impact.

Our 2026 goal is $125,000
To ensure our school continues to thrive and innovate, we have structured this goal into 3 tiers:
Tier 1 $65,000: Essential Operations
Establishes baseline support for our school community by securing essential operational funds. This covers staff support, educational resources, student programming, and critical PTSO & Booster expenses to keep everyday operations running smoothly at BRHS. Scroll down to see a detailed chart of how this $65K will be allocated.
Tier 2 $105,000: School-Wide Audio/Visual System
An additional $40K would help fund a comprehensive audio/visual setup for large assembly spaces. Because our auditorium cannot fit the entire student body or large-scale parent meetings, this upgrade enables school-wide presentations, meetings, and events.
Tier 3 $125,000: Booster & Arts Program Enhancements
$20K will expand resources for our booster programs. A primary focus will be providing our Music Program with funding to acquire additional instruments and performance equipment.

To celebrate our community's generosity, we are hosting exciting drawings for students and staff throughout the campaign!
Week 1 Kickoff (September 1-6)
Every student who receives a donation* this week will be entered into a drawing to win one of twenty $20 Amazon gift cards! Scroll down to see Week 1 winners!
Week 2 (September 7-13)
Freshman Frenzy & Sophomores Showcase!
9th & 10th Grade Students who receive a donation* this week will be entered into a drawing for one of TEN $50 gift cards! Scroll down to see Week 2 winners!
Week 3 (September 14-20)
Junior Jackpot & Senior Surge!
11th & 12th Grade Students who receive a donation* this week will be entered into a drawing for one of TEN $50 gift cards! Winners will be announced at school on 9/22.
Week 4 (September 21-27)
Any student who receives a donation* this week will be entered into additional gift card drawings:
ONE $100 gift card, TWO $50 gift cards, and FIFTEEN $20 gift cards!
Staff Incentives
We haven't left staff out of the prize pool! Any staff that makes or receives a donation from September 1-27 will be entered to win a $100 gift card. Plus, we are providing gift cards and bonus drawings for Homeroom Teachers that send out the PTSO messages.
*To qualify for Gift Card Drawing incentives, donations must be $10 or more.
Corporate Matching

Many companies will match their employees’ contributions to non-profits like our PTSO, meaning you could DOUBLE your personal contribution to the Run As One campaign!
Please check to see if your company is one of the hundreds of employers that will match your donation!
When you donate to the Run As One campaign, you will receive an email from Zeffy (our online payment platform) thanking you for your donation. This email will serve as the tax receipt your company’s matching gift program will likely require to match your donation. Complete your company's Matching Gifts or Corporate Matching process (this is usually an online portal through your company's website), so that Ballantyne Ridge may benefit from your employer's generosity.
